🎓 We’re celebrating a Q.I. tradition!

Join us for the Annual AICE Pinning Ceremony on November 6 at 6:00 PM at the C.L. Overturf Auditorium as we honor our students’ academic Excellence and recognize those earning AICE/AP exam pins, academic letters, and NHS induction.

Let’s cheer on our 10th grade Knights beginning their AICE diploma journey—and celebrate all those reaching new milestones. We are Q.I.!

Destiny Wood, Class of 2020 — Now Teaching the Next Generation

Destiny Wood, now Destiny Blondin, graduated from Q.I. Roberts in 2020 and went on to earn her B.A. in Sociology from the University of North Florida. Today, she’s shaping young minds of Putnam County as a 4th grade teacher.

Her biggest win in college? “Well-organized note taking—thanks, Mr. Fortner!”

Thank you, Destiny, for sharing your journey. Once a Knight, always a Knight.

Tomorrow kicks off FTE Week (Oct 6–10)! Every student matters, every day counts. 💙 When your child is present, our schools get the resources they need for teachers, programs, and support services.

Let’s start strong—make sure your student is in school all week long! Together, we can give our kids the best.

🌟 October is National Principals Month! 🌟

In Putnam County, our principals do more than manage schools — they inspire futures. They guide teachers, encourage students, partner with families, and bring communities together so learning can thrive. Their leadership makes a lasting impact on every classroom and every child.

This month, and every month, we celebrate our PCSD principals for leading with heart, vision, and dedication. Thank you for helping us shape tomorrow, today. 💙💚

The safety and welfare of our students and staff are our priority at Q.I. Roberts Jr. - Sr. High School.  At  10:30 today, 10/2/2025, QI Roberts conducted a school-wide lockdown drill.  We practice safety drills throughout the year to help our staff and students know what to so in an emergency situation.

We are pleased with the outcome of today’s drill and feel reassured that our safety plans can be implemented effectively by the staff.

Attendance Matters: FTE Week is October 6–10!

Every student counts–literally! During FTE Week, the state of Florida calculates school funding based on student attendance. If a student is absent, they are not included in the count, and our schools lose vital funding for teachers, programs, and services.

Make sure your child is in school every day October 6–10! Together, we can give PCSD students the resources they need to succeed.
